By submitting this form, (I)(we) accept a non-exclusive license to use the design, text and other content comprising the Serving Sites® web site for so long as Serving Sites® provides (me)(us) the Web site and related services. After that period, (I)(we) will no longer have the right to use the design, text or other content. This license allows (me)(us) to use all such design, text or other content in conjunction with (my)(our) Web site and for other marketing purposes. (I)(we) understand that by discontinuing the annual subscription with Serving Sites® (I) (we) are effectively forfeiting (my)(our) rights for the ongoing use of the Serving Sites® web site system and my Web site may be removed from service.
