Who will update my website?

Your Serving Sites^® annual subscription includes three secure user accounts. These secure accounts are issued to you and you distribute them to the trusted individuals that you've selected.

What if I have staff or volunteers with no web skills?

The Serving Sites^® system is the result of over 1800 hours of research into the best practices with respect to church websites. Our product development was completed by working with church secretaries and administrators ranging in age from 20 to 70. We believe that we have the easiest-to-use system available today. If you can send an email, you'll be able to update the church website.

Will the Premium Plus plan allow me to store recordings of sermons on our website?

With the Premium Plus plan, you can store up to 15 mp3s on your Audio Sermons page and up to 40 jpegs of photos on your Photo Gallery page.

What happens during the setup & design process?

Four days after your payment is received, your website will be up and running. Our websites are so easy to update that all your instructions are covered in only 5 pages! We'll send the simple instructions to you once your website is online and then we'll schedule a 30 minute telephonic training session if you need more information or assistance. Although we're always here to help and support and training is FREE, you'll be pleased to know that ninety-eight percent of our new church partners find our system so easy to use that they begin updating their sites without any training!

Can I use more than one domain name on the same account?

There is an additional fee, but we're happy to accommodate your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your website online using MasterCard, VISA, Discover or a check. You can also mail your payment to us at the address below.
