Terms and Conditions

Understanding
Our “Design Samples” link provides you with the opportunity to evaluate a complete working version of each of our designs.  Some differences may occur in the look and feel of specific pages in your actual website due to the content that you enter for your website.
If you have ordered a Serving Sites^® website, then you understand the features offered by our system and have had the opportunity to speak with the Serving Sites^® staff.

Cancellation
Serving Sites^® reserves the right to cancel service at any time, if necessary.  If we elect to cancel your service, we will refund a pro-rata portion of the annual subscription fee that you have paid.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with service within the first thirty (30) days after purchasing a Serving Sites^® website, we will provide you with a refund of your annual subscription fee minus a $35 cancellation fee.

Renewal
We will send a Renewal Notice to the email address that we have on file for your account 15 days prior to the end of your annual subscription.  Payment for your annual subscription must be received by your “Renewal Date” to ensure uninterrupted service.

Identity
Serving Sites^® reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not able to confirm the identity of the church or organization for which the website has been ordered.
